Media Registration Instructions

Complimentary media registration is extended only to working media. It does not apply to analysts or those who are employed by companies that track industry stocks for the investment community, create profiles of industry companies for institutional and personal investors or otherwise make investor recommendations. If you fall in this category, NCTA reserves the right to exclude you from complimentary media registration and suggests that you select "Attendee Registration & Housing" button on the registration site.

Please Note:

Media badges and information packets will not be mailed in advance, so all pre-registered media should plan to pick up their materials on-site at Media Registration, Room 147 on Level 1 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

A Photo ID is required to retrieve registration materials.

Office/convention managers responsible for handling registration on behalf of their editorial staff must either submit a separate form (if sending paper form) or register individually (online) with personal contact information for each registrant, including phone number, fax number, mailing address and email address.
