- Hotels and room rates are assigned first-come, first-served, based on availability.
- Your hotel reservation request and payment information must be received by Friday, May 10, 2013 in order to receive the convention rate. The Cable Show Housing Bureau will continue to assist with new reservations until May 24, but the group rate may not be available.
